The project involves the union of an apartment recently acquired and located in the old town city center of Ferrara with the one already inhabited by the opening of two compartments in living area, some significant internal changes in the expansion of the current kitchen, the remaking of the two bathrooms and internal finishes. Were provided the remaking of the electrical, plumbing and air conditioning system.

In the two bedrooms will be built two lofts for storage use in compliance with the minimum height required by the building code and the resulting partial lowering of the corridor.

It also includes moving the kitchen door of the apartment currently inhabited.
