The real estate object of this intervention is located inside the structural unit of the sixteenth century building located in the historical center of Ferrara and is an artistic bound building.

Extraordinary maintenance work is planned with internal distribution changes, upgrading of the technological and plant engineering lines in the first and second floor, with a new subdivision of the 2 residential units on the first floor. The project also expected the inclusion of an internal elevator linking the various apartments.
